All hosting accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis.
All pricing is guaranteed for the term of pre-payment.
The customer is responsible for all money owed on
the account from the time it was established to
the time that the customer notifies 10Types in accordance
with the cancellation procedures.
All payment is in U.S. currency.
New hosting accounts may be subject to a setup
charge, which would be included on the initial invoice.
The minimum invoice cycle on hosting accounts is
monthly and a quarterly cycle is available for those
perferring less regular paperwork.
Web Hosting Accounts (that is; Shared Virtual Server
hosting accounts) may be canceled at any time with
refunds being prorated. Dedicated Server hosting
requires 45-days written notice of intent to cancel.
All services will be automatically renewed on their
service renewal date unless previously cancelled
by either party.
